Population Structure and Regeneration Status of Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gordon Forests in the Province of Benguet This component is expected to yield substantial and timely data that may determine the future of Benguet pine forests in Baguio City. The results of this project component shall serve as guideline for the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Baguio City, law-makers and implementers and the esidents of Baguio City on how these iconic trees will be preserved and protected. This shall produce science-based information that shows which of the P. kesiya forest stands in the watersheds and forest reserves of Baguio City are at risk due to low regenerations.
