The LSPU – Los Baños, Laguna students together with Mr. Juan B. Ebora, Chief of the Technology Transfer Division (TTD) and Mr. Emmanuel M. Quizon, Chief of the Administrative, Financial and Management Division (AFMD) of ERDB and the Technology Transfer Division (TTD) staff during the presentation of the outputs of the on-the-job trainees at the ERDB Conference Room.

BS Information Technology students from the Laguna State Polytechnic University- Los Baños, Laguna completed their internship at the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB) under the Technology Transfer Division (TTD), and presented their outputs on May 22, 2023. They were assigned to accomplish tasks mainly for the Circulation unit, and the two sections of TTD, the Technology Assessment and Packaging Section (TAPS) and the Technology Promotion, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Extension Section (TPMEES).

During the culmination activity on May 22, 2023, the interns shared their experiences and lessons they have acquired in working for the said division and how the internship program further honed their skills and exposed them to the working environment. A presentation of their outputs was then conducted, in which the TAPS interns showed and explained their process of developing the website for the said section.  The Circulation Unit interns discussed their event documentation responsibilities, and the TPMEES interns presented the animation video on ERDB publications they produced. Aside from these tasks, the interns also assisted in the databasing of the bureaus’ publications.

The activity was concluded through the sharing of feedback on the internship experience, where the interns expressed their gratitude to TTD for imparting their knowledge, while the TTD Chief Juan B.
