DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists in developing, designing, conducting research, evaluating and reviewing training programs and materials and recommends modifications as appropriate;
  2. Assists in the formulation & development of plans, procedures, & programs to meet specific training needs;
  3. Assists in evaluating and analyzing training needs of stakeholders/clients;
  4. Assists in preparation of reports and tracks stakeholders/clients training;
  5. Assists in the formulation of learning objectives; plans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness;
  6. Performs other duties the superior may assign.
