DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepares information plans and programs for the Bureau;
  2. Prepares budgets for the Division;
  3. Manages and supervises total work operations of the Division;
  4. Attends inter-agency meeting on various information activities;
  5. Prepares quarterly and semi-annual accomplishment reports of the division;
  6. Occasionally lectures before students, civic leaders/groups, field personnel in the program and thrust of the Bureau; and
  7. Performs other duties the superior may assign.
