DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Undertakes socio-economic analysis and other relevant studies and recommends appropriate planning, research and statistical guidelines and procedures;
  2. Analyzes, interprets and recommends statistical data and results of researches to be integrated or applied to plans and programs being developed;
  3. Identifies problems encountered in the formulation and implementation of plans and programs; and recommends appropriate corrective measures;
  4. Assesses resource available, capabilities and limitations of the Bureau with regard to the implementation of targeted programs of work;
  5. Identifies/analyzes current, recurring and future anticipated issues in the sector and prepares corresponding reports/recommendations;
  6. Assists in the conduct of studies in the impact of environment and natural resources policies;
  7.  Performs other duties the superior may assign.
